Office Hours

Our office is open Monday through Friday, with hours that can accommodate most any schedule. We know that your time is important, and we work to ensure your visit is scheduled as professionally and quickly as possible. If you have an unusual scheduling need, please call us at
650-588-3080 and we will make every effort to accomodate you.

Emergency and After Office Hours: We know dental emergencies are never convenient or timely and we are committed to our patients' health no matter the time. If you are a current patient, and have a dental emergency after regular office hours, please call us at 415-516-3365.

 If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.  {Janet Lim dmd} does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
